Ham with a Brown Sugar and Mustard Glaze

I have been giving ham way more credit then it deserves. I thought making ham was hard! It’s not it’s super easy. Ham technically comes precooked/ cured, so when you bake a ham you are really just putting a final dressing on it.

I will say, man handling such a large hunk of meat grossed me out. I did not like how squishy the fat was or how slimy everything felt. The gross part is quick and painless. The glaze I used was delicious and easy, and I can only assume that most glazes are the same.

All in all, Ham is delicious, way easier then you would expect and you can dress it up with whatever flavor you prefer.
